maximum R = 2 v² / g so v = √ ( Rg / 2 ) = 126 f / s or about 85 mph, from a 45° ramp.
This is rather optimistic because this equation ignores air resistance, which is critical in real-world motion. But if you want to try it out, let us know how it goes.
